Welcome to Walnut Mountain
Walnut Mountain is a first and second home deed-restricted community in the beautiful North Georgia mountains.Established in 1971, it’s an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. Walnut Mountain offers hiking trails, pristine lakes, fishing, babbling brooks, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, and much more.
Situated 70 miles north of Atlanta near the town of Ellijay also known as the Apple Capital of Georgia. If you looking to go boating, kayaking, tubing, golfing, biking, antiquing, or tour the local wineries, they are all located nearby.
