Hours of Operation

Walnut Mountain's Administration Office hours are currently Monday through Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All visitors, vendors, and delivery services must stop at the Walnut Mountain Welcome Station, which is open:
  • Monday through Thursday  - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday through Saturday  - 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Sunday - 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Holiday Schedule

The Administration Office, Welcome Station, and Maintenance are closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
